1. HOW TO BUY?
First of all, an active account is needed to shop with us. To buy at wholesale price, you need to have a valid business entity or a reseller Tax ID. To register an account, please click on the Wholesale Center, where you will be directed to another site for registration and all the orders would be made in www.lingerie-supplies.com. When you are on this site, please click on the “Get an account now” or “register” button to complete the registration form. You would be asked to create your unique username and password. Once you have an active account, you can log into www.lingerie-supplies.com and view prices of all our products (prices differ between wholesale or dropship account). Thereafter, you may click the "buy now" button to add the items that you wish to buy in your shopping cart. You can continue shopping and until you are done with your order, you can click "check out" to pay for the order. The minimum order quantity for a wholesale order is 12 units in total (3 to 6 units per style per color per size, depending on styles) and there is no minimum order quantity for dropship order.
2. WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER?
Because this is a B2B site, we require proper registration before buying from us in order to protect the prices offered to our qualified customers. The registration process is easy and takes less than 5 minutes to complete and it is free as well.
3. WHAT IS WHOLESALE AND IS THERE MINIMUM ORDER?
For wholesale order, the minimum order quantity is only 12 items in total. Minimum order for each style is only 3 to 6 items, depending on the styles (Panties and underwear are 12). It is free to register as a wholesale member and once the account is activated, it will be permanent. 6. HOW IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED?
We ship all our products worldwide via EMS (Express Mail Service). Please refer to Shipping Info for further details on the shipping policies and charges. When your order has been sent out, we will inform you the tracking number via email. Usually it takes about 5 to 8 working days for the item to reach the destination, depending on the location of the city.
